With additional time on the water, your journey extends beyond the Bay of Islands to include Whangamumu Harbour, the Cavalli Islands, and potentially Whangaroa Harbour. This is a dynamic and rewarding stretch of coastline, offering a mix of sheltered inlets, open passages, and remote anchorages.

Days are shaped by movement and discovery. Enjoy the sensation of sailing between destinations, anchoring in clear bays for a swim, or heading ashore to explore beaches and island tracks. For those drawn to the sailing itself, Cool Change’s design delivers a unique and engaging experience under way.

Wildlife is often encountered along the route, with dolphins frequently riding the bow and seabirds tracing the coastline.

Evenings are spent anchored in secluded bays, where the focus shifts to unwinding, sharing a relaxed meal, and taking in the quiet of your surroundings.
